Use : 

Apply morning and/or evening to skin that has been moistened with water, rinse thoroughly, and then dry. If necessary, spray a fine mist of Avène Thermal Spring Water. Very good eye tolerance. Physiological pH. Biodegradable formula**. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly. For external use only.
