Who we are
Rosalina Boutique (rosalinaboutique.com) is an online store for Korean and Japanese skincare, operated in Quebec.
The information we collect

What you give us: name, email, shipping address, phone (optional) and messages sent to customer service.

Your purchases: products ordered, amounts and order history. We never see your full card number: payments are processed by Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Your browsing: pages visited, device and cookies, based on the choices you make in the cookie banner.
Why we use it
To process and deliver your orders, answer your questions, handle returns, prevent fraud, improve the website and, only if you consent, send you our offers by email.
Who we share it with
Only with the providers needed to run the store: Shopify (hosting and payments), shipping carriers, our customer review tool, and Google, Meta and TikTok for advertising measurement if you accept those cookies. These providers may store data outside Quebec, including in the United States. We never sell your personal information.
Retention and security
We keep your information for as long as needed for these purposes and to meet legal obligations (for example, tax), then delete it. The website is secured (HTTPS) and access to data is restricted.
Your rights
You may at any time ask to access, correct or delete your information, withdraw your consent, or unsubscribe from our emails (link at the bottom of every email). You may also file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
